Joe is a partner in the audit and accounting services group and is located in our Harrisburg office. He is also a member of the firm’s financial institutions services group.  Joe began his career at Coopers & Lybrand and has specialized in accounting and auditing matters for financial institutions for 27 years. He currently serves over 20 publicly traded or privately held financial institutions in either the lead or concurring partner role.

Joe is currently a participant in ParenteBeard’s internal leadership development program, Leadership, Entrepreneurism and Achievement at ParenteBeard . LEAP was developed as a collaboration of firm executives and representatives of the Pennsylvania State University and is a customized program designed to build the core business skills of partners and managers. LEAP is an intensive three-year program designed to provide team members with valuable insight on topics such as strategic leadership and relationship building.

Joe serves on the firm’s strategic planning committee and is one of five partners focused on the development of ParenteBeard’s “Centers of Excellence.”
