Steve is a partner in our tax services group and is located in the Harrisburg office. He is an accomplished tax practitioner with more than 30 years in public accounting, 12 of which were spent with an international accounting firm. Steve has the responsibility of providing tax services to financial institution, corporate, partnership and individual clients.

He assists in developing strategies for minimizing federal, state and local taxes and evaluates tax alternatives and the consequences of transactions and business decisions.

• State and local tax planning

Steve serves on the Executive Committee of the Penn State Harrisburg Board of Advisors and is a past president of the Estate Planning Council of Central Pennsylvania and the Penn State Harrisburg Alumni Society.
