Terry has over 35 years of diversified public accounting experience in a variety of industries. Terry has extensive experience in the governmental, nonprofit and education organizations.  He serves as engagement partner on several of the firm’s major clients in these sectors. His commercial experience is primarily with closely held businesses in a variety of industries.  He is a member of ParenteBeard’s Public Sector and Education Practice and Manufacturing, Distribution and Technology Practice groups.

Terry earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Scranton and has supplemented his education through numerous continuing education courses, in his industry groups. He meets and substantially exceeds the continuing professional education requirements of Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book) issued by the Comptroller General of the United States.
