ParenteBeard Names Six New Partners

ParenteBeard announced today that it has named six professionals to join the firm’s partnership, effective January 1, 2013.

The new partners are Todd Boslau, James Cassel, Jason Claudfelter, Michael Malinoski, Mario Patone and Jeffrey Skumin. Reflecting the firm’s ongoing growth, the appointments enhance the firm’s ability to serve clients in key markets.

Todd Boslau is based in Pittsburgh.  A member of the firm’s senior living services audit practice, Mr. Boslau serves multiple organizations throughout western Pennsylvania, including continuing care retirement communities, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities and subsidized housing projects for the elderly.

James Cassel is based in Lancaster, PA.  As a member of the firm’s audit and accounting services practice, Mr. Cassel serves privately held and private equity backed clients, primarily in the manufacturing, distribution and technology industry.  He also serves clients in the real estate sector as well as employee benefit plans.

Jason Claudfelter is based in Reading, PA.  A member of the firm’s audit and accounting services practice, Mr. Claudfelter serves private and publicly traded financial institutions, as well as manufacturing and distribution clients and employee benefit plan audits.

Mike Malinoski is based in Reading, PA.  Mr. Malinoski is the firm’s construction and real estate practice leader, and has also worked with clients in the manufacturing, distribution and nonprofit sectors in his career.

Mario Patone is based in Philadelphia.  Mr. Patone is the managing director of the firm’s transaction advisory services practice, and serves clients in a variety of industries including real estate, specialty engineering, services, manufacturing and wholesale.

Jeffrey Skumin is based in our Lehigh Valley office, in Allentown, PA.  Mr. Skumin serves a number of public companies and works with businesses in various industries, including financial institutions, manufacturing, distribution and technology and nonprofits.
