ParenteBeard’s Donna Massanova Recipient of Philadelphia Business Journal’s 2012 Women of Distinction Award

The Philadelphia Business Journal announced today that ParenteBeard’s Donna Massanova is a 2012 Women of Distinction award recipient. The region’s most dynamic women will be recognized on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at the Sheraton Downtown Philadelphia Hotel.

The event will gather over 500 of the region’s newsmakers for networking and an inspiring awards ceremony. Winners will be profiled in a special section of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s November 23, 2012 issue.

A partner at ParenteBeard for more than five years, Ms. Massanova is currently the practice leader of the firm’s employee benefit plan group. Her widespread expertise in this area has enabled the firm to expand this practice, doubling in size over the past three years, and become a leader in the field.

Ms. Massanova is an active member in a number of professional associations, including the Executive Women International (EWI) Philadelphia Chapter where she serves as vice president. She is a member of the Employee Benefit Plan Committee and the Technical Committee for the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and has served as a member of the PICPA’s Accounting and Auditing Policies and Procedures Committee for three years. Ms. Massanova graduated magna cum laude from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA.
