ParenteBeard’s Julius Green Leads PICPA’s Diversity Committee to Release Toolkit

The Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) formed a diversity committee in 2008 with ParenteBeard’s Julius Green as chairman. Following a series of diversity surveys, the committee has released a toolkit to help member firms improve their diversity.

The PICPA diversity toolkit offers strategies that can be used for minority recruiting and retention. It discusses building a diversity-focused culture, how to implement a strategy, supporting and retaining new hires and building the talent pool.
