Glen’s extensive financial management background includes more than 20 years experience in helping both emerging growth and established companies mitigate risk, enhance revenue and sales and marketing effectiveness and implement cost reduction and supply chain strategies. Glen has served as an auditor in public accounting for 5 years in his career where a majority of his clients were in the technology, software, oil and gas, and not-for-profit sectors.

As Managing Director – Maryland, a role that centers on day-to-day management of the firm’s Baltimore office, Glen is actively involved in managing relationships of existing clients and new business generation for ParenteBeard in the Maryland and Virginia markets. In addition, Glen also manages the strategic relationships and partnerships for the firm in the Maryland market. Glen’s understanding of ParenteBeard’s services and capabilities is essential in determining and identifying appropriate target markets and driving growth across all of the firm’s service lines. Further responsibilities for Glen include the firm’s consulting practice in the Maryland and District of Columbia marketplace, which focuses on providing additional value to clients, from technical expertise to CFO services, in all current service lines.

Prior to joining ParenteBeard, Glen served as General Manager – Mid Atlantic at the Hudson Financial Group, where he managed the Philadelphia and Maryland offices for the financial and IT consulting groups. He also has held various leadership positions focused on business development throughout his career.

A resident of Annapolis, Mr. Parrillo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The George Washington University.
