Dennis has 40 years of diversified experience in all aspects of public accounting, during which he has provided accounting, auditing and tax services to medical and dental practices, as well as to clients in real estate, wholesale, manufacturing and service industries.

In his career, Dennis has worked extensively with closely-held corporations and their officers devising strategies to minimize business and personal taxes. In addition, he participates in the representation of clients involving audits with the Internal Revenue Service and local taxing authorities. Dennis has supplemented his education with various continuing education courses.
