Professional Experience

Mike is a seasoned tax advisor with more than 30 years of extensive insurance, financial services and accounting experience, Mike will deliver value-added solutions to our clients.  He is a highly respected knowledge leader in the insurance sector, particularly with respect to its international tax and financing issues.

Prior to ParenteBeard, Michael was a principal in KPMG’s insurance tax practice and served as head of the practice for its Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.  Earlier, Mike served as executive vice president and global treasurer of XL Capital, a leading worldwide provider of insurance and reinsurance coverages and financial products.
