Mark brings more than 25 years of experience to this group of business owners and provides tailored, practical business advice and solutions. He provides a user friendly and energetic approach to the emerging growth business community as well as access to his network of funding sources.

Mark’s practice focuses on emerging growth businesses in a wide array of industries. These include mobile technology, software and internet companies, life science and cleantech. He is frequently seen speaking at emerging growth business events throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and has become well known for nurturing early stage companies and navigating them as they progress through their life-cycle. He was named as a 2010 SmartCPA in the Greater Philadelphia region for Emerging Growth Businesses.

Over time he has developed strong relationships with Angel Investors, Venture Capital groups and Private Equity firms and helps facilitate deal flow to and from these relationships.

Mark is an active member of the Chester County Keystone Innovation Zone and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Tax Section, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
