ParenteBeard’s Young Professionals Attest to Significant Client Involvement

ParenteBeard recently surveyed 50 team members who joined the firm after graduating from college in 2010, 2011 and 2012 on transitioning to their current role and the frequency of their client involvement. The survey results clearly demonstrate that ParenteBeard’s youngest team members have a significant amount of client exposure.  Eighty seven percent of our new staff have daily or weekly contact with their clients, offering the firm’s young team members an opportunity to build client relationship skills early in their career.
