Dewey & Kaye Partner Todd Owens will lead the continued expansion of executive search and transition services as a part of Vantagen.

Prior to joining ParenteBeard, Jill served as president and CEO for Lutheran Services in America (LSA), one of the largest health and human service networks in the United States. In her role at LSA, she was responsible for the strategic direction and operation of the organization. She has served in executive roles with nonprofit and for-profit health and human service organizations and launched a multi-state nonprofit post acute care alliance. Jill is known for groundbreaking work in post acute healthcare, alliance formation, behavioral health and chemical dependency treatment.

In addition to her broad knowledge of health and human services, Jill also has experience in the field of aging services. She worked in close collaboration with Lutheran organizations that provide services and support to seniors in thousands of communities. Through her involvement on the LeadingAge board, Jill worked to shape the aging services field for the future.

As a community leader, Jill has significant involvement in many regional and national task forces and project groups and is a frequent speaker at conferences. Most notably, Jill was appointed to the White House Council for Community Solutions by President Barack Obama in December 2010.
